Roy Howat

Pianist and scholar Roy Howat will be on campus for three days, offering public classes, private and small group sessions on French pianism, French piano repertoire, and French art song, with special emphasis on the works of Fauré. 

All masterclasses are free and open to the public.

Liza Stepanova
October 9-11, 2017

In addition to private coachings for collaborative pianists, Ms. Stepanova will present a public masterclass on Tuesday October 10 from 11-1 in Voertman Hall. Along with Michael Anthony McGee, she will present the world-premiere of Cipullo’s Making Both Ends Meet on October 11 at 8pm in Voertman Hall.

October 12-14, 2017

In addition to private coachings for collaborative pianists, Dr. Barr will present a public masterclass on Thursday October 12 from 11-1 in Voertman Hall. She will be the keynote speaker and masterclinician for CollabFest (include link)

In addition to masterclasses and panel moderation as part of CollabFest, Dr. Brown will present a public masterclass on Handel arias on Thursday October 12 from 3:15-5:15 in the Recital Hall.
