Studio Pianist Request Form

Assignments for lessons and recitals will have three submission deadlines: 
December 6, 2023, for recitals happening before March 1, 2024.
January 19, 2024, for all other recital requests .
February 2, 2024, for any remaining non-recital requests.
Deadline for assignment of repertoire in all cases will remain Monday of week 6.

PLEASE NOTE: Since assignments do not always include participation in a recital itself, please bear in mind that recitals and any compensation may need to be coordinated directly with the pianist.

Please indicate information for each student.

If the student previously had a TF pianist assigned to lessons, indicate the pianist's name under "Previous TF accompanist"

*PLEASE NOTE: The scheduling of lesson times is to be coordinated directly between the studio faculty, the student and pianist, and that any repertoire must be assigned by the date indicated in the Collaborative Piano Studio Policy.
